Menstrual Hygiene Day is a reminder that access to safe, reliable menstrual care is not a luxury, it’s essential to dignity, health, and opportunity. Too many people still miss school, work, and daily life simply because they don’t have the products or support they need. This is where hygiene banks play a critical role: by providing menstrual products, advocating for policy change, and educating communities to break stigma and ensure equitable access for all.
