Reports are to be submitted once a year at the end of fiscal year and will be open only for the month prior to its deadline. Data will never be tied directly to an organization, but rather pooled as a way to better learn from one another, advocate for hygiene needs, and create tools for public policy in our communities. As a thank you for completing the required form and being a Member of the HBA, we will have a raffle for 3 organizations to win $300 of hygiene supplies from the completed forms.
