Collecting Data & Reports

Reports are to be submitted once a year at the end of fiscal year (June 30) and will be open only for the month prior to its deadline (30 days to submit). Data will never be tied directly to an organization, but rather pooled as a way to better learn from one another, advocate for hygiene needs, and create tools for public policy in our communities.

For what information will be collected during reporting, refer to the Member Manual HERE.

We will utilize the submitted reports and combine to create a shared “HBA Annual Report” which will be available for all members to share and promote for further advocacy and promotion for your organization.

This report is the only required submission we ask of members each year, and it is due by July 31st. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, we’re here to support you!

** As a thank you for completing the required form and being a Member of the Hygiene Bank Association, we will have a raffle for 3 organizations to win $300 of hygiene supplies from the completed forms. **
